DVD »Spitsbergen-Summer 2009«

My arctic summer 2009 lasted exactly 112 days, from the days of high-noon for 24 hours a days to the year’s very last sunrays in mid-October. I have done and seen a lot of exciting stuff, and the camera has always been with me: on board different small ships, in the Zodiac and in the ten, hiking along the ‘cold coast’ (Svalbard), over the wide-open tundra, across glaciers, mountain ranges, rivers…

At the end of the summer, there was a collection of more than 10.000 images and, for the first time, videos: beautiful impressions of a wonderful arctic summer. A collection of about 300 of the nicest photos and videoclips now makes it possible for you to join and enjoy.

The DVD »Spitsbergen-summer 2009« is about 30 minutes and plays in any DVD-player or computer/laptop/mac with a DVD drive. Beautiful pictures invite to travel with your imagination to beautiful, remote places and to see exciting wildlife.

The purpose of this DVD is to focus on the beautiful images, rather than text and information. In other words: there is no text. The images come with music, and the photos and videos will speak for themselves. You can play the DVD’s music or your own from your stereo, or you can turn the sound off to tell your own stories or to discuss plans…

This is a condensed cross-section from the DVD with images from sailing and trekking tours.

The DVD is organised in different chapters, which can be selected individually, such as »scenery«, »glaciers«, »wildlife« etc. (The title of these chapters is written in German)

The price is 15 Euro including shipping within Germany. Shipping to other EU-coutries, Switzerland, Norway: add 3 Euro.
