Greenland – the world’s largest island

Greenland - the world's largest island

In September 2013, we want to explore the east coast of Greenland: Scoresbysund, the world’s largest fjord system – on a sailing ship, following good tradition. And we want to visit Ammassalik, the larger one of the two settlements on Greenland’s east coast, to spend some days exploring the stunning surroundings.

Please notice: as I am mainly active on the German market regarding polar journeys, voyages that I organize will usually be German speaking. Please refer to the detailed description of the East Greenland 2013 voyage (German) for further information.

The future will also see further plans evolve. West Greenland is certainly on the wishlist, and so is the Russian Arctic, although this area is not easy to travel. But one day… If you are interested, I can notify you as soon as there are news – please send me a short email if you want to get on the mailing list: click here for contact.
