Spitsbergen 06-24 August 2023 with SY Arctica II

Arc­ti­ca II “ancho­red” in Duvefjord, Nord­aus­t­land.

And again, the trip with Arc­ti­ca II around Spits­ber­gen (inclu­ding Nord­aus­t­land this time!) was a cer­tain high­light of a sum­mer full of high­lights. The trip was packed to the rim and bey­ond with ama­zing exc­pe­ri­en­ces, many beau­tiful landings, inclu­ding a num­ber of remo­te, dif­fi­cult-to-get-to-places which most peo­p­le will never have heard about. “Advan­ced Spits­ber­gen”!

We had an ama­zing time on this trip with skipper/owner Hein­rich Eggen­fell­ner and his good boat Arc­ti­ca II. With all his know­ledge, skills and dedi­ca­ti­on, Hein­rich ope­ned so many doors for us and gave us an ama­zing lot of uni­que oppor­tu­ni­ties, always safe­ly and with a smi­le. Thank you Hein­rich, for a gre­at time! I hope we can do more trips like that in the future!
